So ever since the first day of summer, I'VE BEEN SICK. boo. actually i got sick the night before my last two finals. I'm worried about my chem exam cause i didn't do my best on it. I felt like crap and got to the point where I just had to get out of there. and i had another final after that. I started getting better, but then I had concert tix for friday and basically everyone who went to the concert got sick (it wasn't by me). and so I caught ANOTHER cold. I've been sick for a week now. I cant really talk cause I cough when i do. and now it's gotten to the point where my muscles are really sore from coughing so much. it hurts to cough, sneeze, or even laugh. which yet again is not good, cause I was just watching Graham Norton. hard not to laugh.
i'll make a real update another time. I've decided to finally go to the doctor's tomorrow. I'm supposed to go to my friend's bday supper on friday, so I really want to be better by then. i'm still running fevers and such, darn it. going to bed now.

I've been ordered by Trisha to make a Laker post :D hee! was gunna post this last night, but I am sick sadly and was super tired last night. Plus I was screaming at the game, so my throat was like DEAD.
(ps- am watching WALL E cause its such a cute movie. I < 3 Mo :D and Nats got me lil Mo that is adorable lol).
ANYWAYS! Lakers :D So I'm not one much for basketball. actually a couple years ago, I wasn't one much for sports. Slowly I'm getting hooked on all my best friend's teams and sports (Nats-soccer/football-Chelsea FC, Karlie-baseball-Angels, Trisha-basktball-Lakers). I love sports if I'm there, cause I love the atmosphere, I just get so caught up in it. Kinda like last night, a bunch of us went to Hooters to watch the Lakers game and it was AMAZING. OMG Fisher was a lifesaver. I shall dub thee 3-pt man LOL. He made all the 3 pointers exactly when we needed them at the last second, so great. Hooters was intense and insanely loud and I loved watching the game there. reminds me of the pub for Chelsea x4 LOL. So I told Trisha if we're not doing anything for game 5, I'll be at her house when it starts haha. and for some reason, me and Irene could not high-five to save our lives. took bout 5 tries haha. I never imagined myself liking basketball O_o huh. blame trisha. oi. screaming and bouncing on my lil stool, haha.
So this would be longer but I must go now. concert tonight :D Hey Monday! I havent listened to them much cause of finals, but the concert should still be good :)

but of course leave it to me to get sick the night before the end of finals *rolls eyes* so hopefully I did good on my chem final cause i felt so ucky i started not too care towards the end :/ Oh well, tis summer, and Nats shall be here soon and so shall Chelsea :D

I am SOOO hating chemistry right now for making me miss the American Idol finale >:/
so I missed Keith Urban, KISS, Jason Mraz, Fergie/Black Eyed Peas, Cindy Lauper, Queen and moorree. The finale is good, but watching is kind of torture of what I could have seen. ANY OTHER DAY I could have gone. and America's Got Talent is in LA tomorrow but I have my exam. BAAHHH. evil. well at least I get to see Graham Norton's new show Most Popular with Jackie this weekend :D WEEE!! I am obsessed with his talkshow lately on BBC America. too funny
and as a side note- the rifle guy ended up being a guy with a paintball gun LOL. oh dear *shakes head* at least I know my school is prepared incase something real happens.
(obviously my studying is going great since I am updating twice in one night haha)

I CANT BELIEVE THERE'S ONLY 4 EPISODES OF LEGEND OF THE SEEKER LEFT ALREADY! *cries* but this weekend's epi looks good! i keep staring at the promo pics. Kahlan in a Rada Han. ommgggg. and Shota's back!! finalllyyy. though that's never a good thing. *takes deep breath* my obsession is unhealthy. i just finished reading book 5 last night and started book 6. eeekk. i love the books, don't get me wrong, but there's so much extra dialogue and story background about people who you don't need to know much about...like yea some you do, but that much, really? idk either way I keep reading lol.
tis my daddy's birthday this weekend. i wish i could visit him for it :( am always bummed on my dad's bday and father's day cause i haven't spent it with him in bout 8 years. (my dad's gf got him and her tix to come out here for his bday bout 6 years ago, but SHE also came. so it wasn't as great as i wished. but any time with my dad is < 33 )
last midterm for 3 weeks is tomorrow. Intro to Music. shouldnt be too bad i hope. just lots of terms to study. i hope the listening portion isnt too hard, like the questions he asks bout the music. it doesnt seem like he would do that, he seems like a cool guy.
UM yesterday's game against Barcelona? HOLY FRICK MAN. talk about giving me a heartattack. i'm scared for Wednesday's game EEKK. LUCKY TURD NATS GETS TO GO! :P have fun love. cheer for me. I'll be at the pub with karlie and eirynne. at least i wont be watching it alone again, Chels fans are always the minority at the pub sadly -_- hopefully now that Chelsea has played barca they can figure out a strategy and they'll have home team advantage. plleeaasssee you guys, make it to the finals! i know m'boys can do it. but barca is worrying me. as long as they dont take frankie out so early againnn.
i was wearing my jersey and scarf yesterday, and during my math review session this guy started talking to me bout it. he didn't pick a team but he's on our soccer team at UCI (and um kinda cute too. oh frick LOL). but his friend walked in late and turned and saw my jersey and goes "AW CHELSEA?! SERIOUSLY?!" me= O_O *turns red* and the girl in our group was like "yeah and she's the got scarf in her bag too!" me= *headdesk* LOL. i hate being the center of attention, twas bad lol. but yea. then i go to El Pollo Loco to get my free chicken to find out they stopped doing that earlier in the day. so after i ordered and was waiting, the guy behind the register was like

will update more with the Rescue for Invisible Children after my midterms. Still a few US cities waiting to be rescued. and yay for someone FINALLY going to Chicago tomorrow. it was ridiculous how long it took Vegas to be rescued. All of those celebrities with their shows in the hotels. oi.
anyways, this is annoyed post cause of the idiots who decided to fly an airforce jet over the NEW YORK SKYLINE. god i feel bad for the citizens of NY right now. the plane flew so low to the skyline, people paniced, automatically thinking another 9/11 was happening. people rushed out of buildings and down stairs, scared for their lives. the same happened in the streets. All because some idiots decided it would look "pretty" to take a pic of the plane in front of NY skyline and statue of liberty and NOT tell the public. the freakin mayor didn't even know!! *hugs NY* i was living on the east coast when 9/11 happened, so it may not seem like much to some people, but it has a huge impact on you mentally. i woulda freaked seeing that, especially when i saw the second tower get hit live on tv at school. djsdjshak i can't believe how retarded people can be. there's no words for their stupidity. people went to the hospital cause they were so affected by the incident, including some pregant people who were put in jeopardy of losing their baby due to the stress level caused. ok ok end rant.

+ yesterday was torture. well yesterday and today actually. i had an 8 page paper due today, a chemistry midterm, a calculus quiz, and online hw due by 11pm tonight. i went to bed at 4am and got up at 8am. it was ridiculous but i got it all done. sadly i didnt get to study enough but i think it went okay-ish. my paper was worth almost twice as much as my midterm was oddly enough.
+ Invisible Children: THe Rescue is THIS WEEKEND!!! everyone should go! its for a great cause and you'll have tons of fun with friend at the same time. Also, celebrities are said to be going sunday *shifty eyes* go to therescue.invisiblechildren.com to find out where the event is going on near you and who is attending :D this is INTERNATIONAL so if you're outside the US, still go check!
+ My foot is swollen O_o which is not good cause part of the Invisible Children event is a MARCH for like 1-3 miles depending on..something lol. my mom noticed my foot was swollen last night. i mean, it's not like a freakin balloon but it's still enough so i can feel it's irritated. i have had a sore on my foot for the past year that i got from working since i was on my feet all the time. I finally got it checked out the other week and it turned out to be a corn so i got the whole liquid nitrogen freeze thingy so now that's irritated too (it hurts more now than it did before i went to the doctors...meh).
+ the Graham Norton Show is so darn amusing :) i watch it every night now.
+ two midterms next week: Calculus and Intro to Music (i like my moosic class!)
+ CHELSEA GAME NEXT WEEK! CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! AM SKIPPING CLASS! which is prob not the best idea cause it was cancelled today and tuesday is the last class before the midterm....but it's the champions league game at the PUB! i MUST go! i think i am addicted to watching the game around other fans. i know there's a lot of barcelona fans. eeekk.
+ I bought all of the Chelsea tix for the game against Inter Milan in Pasadena, CA this summer! 8 tickets! everyone is paying me back for their tix (except for nats, tis a gift and i will not let you pay me back missy :P ) but omg, so we can all sit together i bought all of our tix and the bill came out to $370 O_O my poor accountkeeled over. i think i have $20 left -_- ugh. oh wells, it's worth it.
+ am going to see Celtic Woman in concert tomorrow :) Bob got us all tix a while ago and I'm loking forward to it
+ Legend of the Seeker is coming back this weekend and i am gunna misss iitttt! i keep looking at all the pics from the upcoming episode. *SIGHS* only IC could get me to miss it lol
+ Supernatural surprised me, i actually liked this episode. i was really worried how they were going to play it out, the whole "another brother" thing. but it worked okay. i mean it wasn't my fav but it didn't get under my skin the way i thought it would. the beginning was kind of slow, but the twist got me. shoulda seen it coming. and when Dean broek the glass, all i can think now is how Jensen said they used real glass in this season's premire, so they probably did again. poor Jensen, hehee. next week's preview has me cracking up everytime i see Castiel say "My name's Jimmy." LOL, idk why. maybe cause he's finally not monotone, but just the way he says it all rushed. i wanna watch! i love Castiel, i named my car that. and what's odd is I actually started calling my car "Cas" for short before SPN started doing that O_o. idea theives (thought it's not very original lol)

THE GOOD
+okay this one is more like the fantastic- NATS IS COMING TO CALIFORNIA IN JULY! WOO! so we had been talking bout this for a long time, but things usually get in the way. doesnt help its so darn expensive. but yes, i'm so excited :D and she's gunna be here for comic con so we get to hang out with Liz :D weee! *bounces around* i could ramble for a while but i'll shut it now :)
+Chelsea FC made it into the Champions League semi-final! omg that game was driving me nuts tuesday, especially the very beginning with those liverpool goals and the penalty kick. but super frank to the rescue :) so glad it was him who made those 2 goals. ahhh i cant wait to see them this summer!
+the first Chelsea FC v Barcelona is on a tuesday -_- i hope my midterm isnt that day so i can skip class again ;)
+i got an 8/10 on calc quiz. O_o idk how but i'll take it.
THE BAD
+ijust went to a discussion class that only lasted 10 min. this is the first time she held discussion cause she said "I don't want to waste your time." REALLY?! u decided to hold discussion for the first time for a ten minute talk about a handout we already received and thats not wasting our time? i just lost an hr of sleep i cant get back thanks -_- oh well, i guess it did give me time to update this before my next class
+Chem midterm next week. meh. and that also means a buttload of online hw assignments are due the day before also.
+6-8 page paper due for my sociology class. lovely. though one part involves analyzing a comic strip O_o huh..
+went downstairs last nite to find 3 of m 4 dogs ill. thankfully sammy was the only one not sick (when he gets sick, he gets really sick). Not sure how they got sick, but our german shepherd never throws up like that. and something big and brown came up too, so we don't know what it is. but when the puppies went over to where Lakota was all day, they suddenly got sick too. Sammy was the only one who didn't go over there. My mom thinks someone tried to poison Lakota with a piece of meat or something. this could be true. my mom is really nice and when she meets people usually makes friends. but when my mom and bob don't like someone, they make good enemies too. they're not afraid of confrontations so yeah -_- my mom being from the east coast, she's very blunt and tells like it is. and people here aren't too used to that i find. and a lot of people don't obey the leash law for their dogs in my neighborhood, so when their dogs go after ours, they blame us. so we have a lot of enemies -_- so idk what to think. it is very suspicious that all 3 dogs who went over to that side of the house got sick and the only one who didnt is fine. they all seemed fine this morning so whatever it was must have passed okay.
+my mom went to her TMJ doctor the other day and found out she needs that TMJ surgery asap. she's been putting it off for years. maybe like 5 years now. she's had this surgery done 2 or 3 times before and it needs to be done again unfortunately. she ends up with lock jaw for about 4-6 weeks afterward though. i remember the last time she had it done i had to take care of her. i think it was in 1999. i know it was before the divorce so i was still in CT. and idk whats going to happen with her job. she's a secretary to a finacial investment company owner so she does basically EVERYTHING. including answering phones. she can't afford to miss work and he can't afford it either. *sigh* i guess we'll have to play it by ear. she still needs to get health insurance first though
+so apparently i may have TMJ, but idk for sure. and i for sure dont want the test for it -_- my mom described it to me and NO THANKS. not til i have probable cause to check. i really hope i dont have it, i see what my mom goes through and how much the meds cost. ehh. not fun

watch that video. this lady was living with 22 dogs in her car after being evicted from her home. she is mentall ill, living with the dogs in a car full of feces and urine. the dogs were taken into custody. most of them were papillons with a few long haired chihuahuas too. 2 were very young puppies. the hearing took place and they will be going up for adoption. the owner is glad they dogs at leastgot publicity so people will adopt them. the papillons are pretty, i would adopt one if i didnt already have 4 dogs.

Onto the real news. i will be posting this a lot over the next few months until it happens. Invisible Children is hosting another international sleepout event. Kinda of like displace me which they hosted a little while back. here is a video fo Displace Me.
If you don't know what Invisible Children (IC) is about, please take the time to read up on it and watch the documentary. I know Youtube has the documentary on there if you search "Invisible Children Documentary." It is basically the situation going on in Uganda where children are being abducted and turned into child soldiers. I am part of the club at UCI and I have met the three original guys from the documentary. They are very down to earth and kind people and i look forward to working with them more. I usually do not have strong opinions on anything, but this i do. So please at least consider going. At the very least, it will be fun to go spend the night out with friends and at the same time spreading awareness of what is going on overseas.
It is international, so all of you around the world, please check to see if there is one near you. I will be adding additional info as I get it. The IC roadies are coming back to UCI March 2 with a new documentary. They will tell us more info and I will relay it to you all.
I am taking all of these straight off the map on the website. so if it is confusing or weird, let me know and i will find out the info for you on March 2.

Okay, that's it. Must post bout this show cause it has become my newest tv show obsession. I honestly didn't think i would like this show, but my mom kept watching it so i was kinda forced to watch it during supper one day, and now i love it. and unfortunately, i got hooked on it during finals week so i was like "must study...must study...oh crap..stuudddyy" but yes. and i am a complete sucker for Richard/Kahlan. AGH. forbidden love, darnnn it. I'm super glad they are signed one for a full 22 episodes, for some reason i was afraid they were gunna be one of those half-season shows with 13 episodes. It comes back on Jan 10, so people, START WATCHING IT. i need someone to talk about it with (which includes you Ivyonne lol). i swear i have rewatched each of the only 7 episodes so far about 3 times each at least -_-
btw, while looking for a specific pic i wanted, i read a spoiler by accident. crud -_- something i woulda been like AHSHDGAH if i saw it in the show *headdesk*

basically the show is set in old world type of deal (New Zealand is where they film) and there are magic aspects, such as wizards, confessors, etc. I love the storyline, and like i said, Richard & Kahlan are love. lol

The show is based on the first book in Terry Goodkind's series, The Sword of Truth. I believe there are 12 books in total (so this could go on for a long time hopefully!). i am getting the first book, Wizard's First Rule, for christmas from my dad, YAYAY!

so on the way to the Natasha Bedingfield concert, i would LOVE to listen to her Pocketful of Sunshine cd. but sadly i have been reduced to listening to her music on youtube and i was wondering if anyone could upload it for me? even if its just a couple of songs from her cd i'd love you foreversss! :D thanks!!

Ok i'm not here... *shifty eyes* i'm studying :)
but YES. LAKERS WON! WOOOO!! so happy. i never thought i would get that into a basketball game without actually being AT the game. omg so intense. and tis a pain being a house that likes the celtics -_- my mom was complaining bout fouls so i was like "...not fun when it happens to your team is it?" haha. so yeah i watch the game in my room. and i hooked up my webcam so talia could watch it from her class at school LOL poor girl. but that didn't last long. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. so yes, congrats to Trisha, so glad they won love. and to Karlie :) and i haven't even checked the Angels' score O_O oh dears. oops?
so now that the Lakers side tracked from studying. i must go do that. or else i will fail stats and bio tomorrow. (prob just stats, it's almost impossible for me to pass it now anyways. the class is ridiculous. the professor has a 58% passing rate for his students. UGH. i'll probably be taking it again next quarter).
OH and i was looking on youtube (not studying again, i know.) and i didn't know the Jabbawockeez performed at the Laker game v Spurs May 23. AAHHH. Kaba Modern performed at UCI a while ago...and I HAD WORK. seriously this is getting annoying working friday nights and basically all day saturday -_- idk how much longer i will have this job anyways the rate my schedule is going. will talk more bout that later when i have time.
um so i mentioned getting a new car soon? Trisha already named it...
me: "So you guys aren't allowed to name my new car"

DON'T FLASH HEADLIGHTS AT ANY CAR WITH NO LIGHTS ON!
Police officers working with the DARE program have issued this Warning:
If you are driving after dark and see an on-coming car with no headlights on, DO NOT FLASH YOUR LIGHTS AT THEM! This is a common 'Bloods' member 'initiation game' that goes like this: The new gang member under initiation drives along with no headlights, and the first car to&n bsp;flash their headlights at him is now his 't arget.' He is now required to turn around and chase and spot that car, then shoot and kill every individual in the vehicle in order to complete his initiation requirements. Police Departments across the nation are being warned.
Their intent is to have all the new bloods nationwide drive around on Friday and Saturday nights with their headlights off.
In order to be accepted into the gang, they have to shoot and kill all individuals in the first auto that does a courtesy flash to warn them that their headlights are off.
Make sure you share this information with all the drivers in your family!
Please forward this message to all your friends and family members to inform them about this initiation ritual. They are also known to drive with high beams on and will do the same as indicated above.

god, why is my patience so thin lately?! it's driving me nuts. i swear there's something wrong with me to be like this. i hate it. one little thing and i suddenly feel so fustrated and impatient that i quit whatever i am doing or saying. that's not like me, but lately it has been and idk how to stop it. i thought i had finally gotten it under control but it just happened again. and then i get mad at myself and the whole day turns crappy. cause of one lil freakin thing. *sigh* idk what to do. i'm starting to feel like this 24/7. i just want to be..me again. whoever that may be.

+new neighbors have two huskies and so far lakota doesn't like them. the neighbors seem nice to me but my mom & bob are saying otherwise. sometimes it seems they judge people too early. then again, i always want to believe everyone is good. *sigh* they seem nice, but my mom was saying that they won't cooperate to help ease the dogs into living in such close proximity to each other. then one of their huskies broke through the fence and into our yard. thank god my mom caught lakota cause he was gunna go after her. poor huskie was like O_O. you could just see the "how did i get over here?" look on her face. she tried going back but the fence boards only bent one direction so the guy came to get her. she was so cute. i love huskies. lakota liked her after my mom told him it was okay thankfully.
+the murder mystery dinner theater was soooo awesome. will post pics & stories next time
+my mom was given an ultimatum by her boss. sell 1 credit repair kits in the next two days or she's fired. he doesn't know how hard it is to sell them. well now he does cause my mom convinced her boss to get on the dailer & try. so we'll see how it goes. but either way, the business is going downhill quick.
+when to the San Diego Zoo with Max (bob's 4yr old grandson) on sunday. he was so cute. he told me "I'm glad you're coming cause without you, it wouldn't be any fun." ahhh i love the lil dude. can be a pain sometimes, but i'm a sucker, lol. Only thing that kinda bummed me out on going was that we did everything everyone else wanted to do, but not what i wanted to see -_- oh well.
+um, i still havent called my grandma. eeekk! she's gunna shoot me -_-

I swear i'll stop updating every night, i think i am just lj deprived and need to get this all out of my system LOL.
+took my mom to the doctor's today. good news, the bump is just a lymphnode and should go away soon (if she stops poking it -_-). the doctor made her meds stronger again though. ugh. i hope this doesn't end up like last time when she was completely miserable.
+there is a small hill behind my house and up top there are more houses. this lady has sitting on fence a sign saying something about people shooting off bottle rockets better knock it off cause they're being recorded and there's a video camera sitting on top of it pointing into other people's yards. LIKE MINE. AAHH. i got out there in my pjs in the morning to let sam go to the bathroom and then go back to bed. i DON'T want some crazy peeping tom WATCHING ME. this is the same lady that used to stand by the fence and STARE into our yard/house O_O yes she stared. my mom took care of that real quick though LOL. we're gunna report her to the association. cause she dont like us anyways. ever notice most of my neighbors have issues? i really dont like my neighborhood.
+my bday party is tomorrow!! yay! murder mystery! (is nervous)
+college stuff is aggrivating me. i still HAVE (this class is mandatory for my major) to sign up for one class, but they want an authorization code and i don't have one. idiots -_-
+i didnt go to bed til 4:30am last night for some reason. and this morning it was too hot in my room so i slept on the couch next to the air conditioning. course bob walks in and goes "what are you doing?" LOL. oi. so since i was downstairs and my alarm was upstairs, i accidentally slept in til 2PM!!! agh! so annoying. cause i wanted to go to bed early tonight so i could get up at 9am for the Chelsea game. now it's 2:30am and it's up to luck whether i can wake my butt up or not LOL.
+i was rewatching the senior vid jackie made all of us and i just gotta say, i have the awesomest friends ever *hugs everyone*
